Anna-Marie (Maryla) Misinski

Beloved wife to Kazimierz and loving mother to Eva and Andrew. Predeceased by her parents, Helena and Jan Pruszewski, and Krystyna and Marian Brela, and brothers Zbigniew and Andrzej. Dear sister to Roman (Danuta), and Bozena, sister-in-law to Jadwiga (Dan), and Grzegorz (Krystyna), and daughter-in-law to Anna Misinska. She will be missed by many of her extended family in Poland, friends, and neighbours. Maryla had the ability to make everyone she met feel welcomed and loved. We would like to thank the many friends and family who helped her and were there for her in her final months, especially Bernie Kocot, her dear friend of many years and source of constant love and support. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the entire staff at St. Peter’s Hospital and Dr. Ellis and Pauline at the Juravinski Cancer Centre for their care and compassion.

Visitation at the MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Thursday May 26, 2022 from 4–9 p.m. with Rosary (in Polish) at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Stanislaus Polish Catholic Church, 8 Saint Ann Street, on Friday May 27, 2022 at 12 p.m. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. Peter's Hospital.
