It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Angelo Arpino at St. Peter’s Hospital on August 31, 2016 in his 57th year. Survived by his loving daughter Christina and spouse Cheryle. He will be missed by his brother Domenico, sister-in-law Anna and nieces Maria and Giovanna. Predeceased by his parents Giuseppe (June 2001) and Giovanna (November 2012). Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Hattersley and the dedicated and kind staff of 3W at St. Peter’s Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Ann’s Church (Hamilton) or St. Peter’s Hospital (Palliative Care) would be appreciated by the family. Visitation will be held at the Markey-Dermody Funeral Home, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Friday, September 2, 2016 from 6-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers at 8:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church Hamilton, on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow.
