Sharon Sue Menkhaus

Menkhaus, Sharon Sue, age 62, of Liberty Township, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2024. She was born in Georgetown, Ohio on October 4, 1961 to Frieda F. Layman and Ronald Gene Davis. Sharon was a kind, generous person that would do anything for people she cared about. She was an amazing wife and catmom to her many cats over the years. Sharon was very colorful in all aspects of her life. She was an artist, enjoyed collecting Trollbeads and was especially talented behind the camera. Although she was a private person, she loved family gatherings and holidays.

She is survived by her husband of thirty three years, Michael G. Menkhaus; mother, Frieda F. Layman; father, Ronald G. Davis; sisters, Connie Coles (James), Lisa Masten (Chris), Sylvia Switzer (Jon); brother, Ronald T. Davis. Sharon will be loved and cherished by a host of family and friends.

Memorial Gathering will be from 10:00 am until Memorial Services at 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at the Rose Hill Funeral Home, 2565 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio, 45011. Bishop James Coles, officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Animal Friends, 1820 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 or at their website, www.animalfriendshs.org.
