Regina was a graduate of Talawanda High School. During her high school years she was the President of Future Homemakers of Economics. In 1973 Regina began her career at First Financial Bank (previously First National Bank of Southwestern Ohio) where she retired in 1998 as Vice President and Loan Officer after serving 25 years of employment. After retiring, Regina and her husband, Richard Williams, resided in St. Augustine, FL for eight years where they enjoyed long walks on the beach and golfing with friends. They also resided in Los Angeles, CA and Fairfield, OH. Regina will be remembered as a devoted wife, caring mother, and loving grandmother. She cherished moments she spent with her grandchildren and children. She enjoyed time with her family and the “girls” in card club. Her presence will be greatly missed by friends and family. Survivors include her daughter, Kari Y. Weaver and son-in-law, David Czerniewski of Pacific Palisades, CA; step-son and his spouse, Michael and Misty (Rose) Williams of Liberty, IN; four grandchildren, Audrey, Jack, and Lily Czerniewski and Alexa William; and two sisters, Joe Ann Stamper and Debbie Browning. Regina was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Hugh Williams; father, Clarence Ringley; mother, Alice (Gurr) Ringley; and her brother-in-law, David Porter. A Gathering will be held from 3pm until 4pm on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home in Hamilton, OH, with services immediately following at 4pm.
