Charles William Clevenger, age 61 of Hamilton, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Monday, June 15, 2020. Charles was born on October 20, 1958 in Middletown, the son of Mary Ann (Reider) Clevenger. He grew up in Middletown and graduated from Bishop Fenwick High School, was a 14 year Army Veteran of the 82nd Airborne, and was a longtime member of Laurel Avenue Church of Christ. Charles is survived by his siblings, Debra Perkins (husband Tim) and Paul Clevenger; aunts, Betty (Reider) Perrine and Janet (Reider) Chase; uncle, Howard F. Reider (wife Pat); nephew, Timothy Charles Perkins (wife Dawn); niece, Tara Perkins (husband Decker Thorowgood); and a multitude of loving cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ann (Reider) Clevenger; and grandmother, Dorothy Reider. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Fresenius Dialysis, Dr. Bader, and Dr. Sternberg for all their care over the years. A Visitation will be held from 1:30pm until 3pm on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at Laurel Avenue Church of Christ, 1049 Laurel Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio 45015. A Memorial Service will follow at 3pm on Saturday at the church with Charles Anderson, Minister, officiating.
