Bruce Arnold McCormick

Bruce Arnold McCormick, age 87, of Fairfield, Ohio, passed away on Monday, July 3, 2023. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 12, 1936 to the union of Edwin Rice McCormick and Marian Janette Anderson. He worked as and was passionate about being a real estate agent. He spent time volunteering in his church and in the hospital. Bruce, being a very polite man, would always go out of his way to help others. He enjoyed playing handball and was proud of his championship status and earned trophies. Bruce loved golf outings with his son and friends on Saturdays and was a regular at Skyline in Fairfield.

He is preceded in death by his parents; beloved wife Nancy (Hupp) McCormick; son, Billy Hupp.

Bruce leaves to cherish his memory, son Bruce Alan McCormick, daughter, Julie Ann Rich; brother, Bob McCormick (Nancy); grandchildren Ashlee, Rachel, Joshua, Will, Geoffrey; ten (10) great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 10, 2023 at Winton Road First Church of God, 6200 Winton Road, Fairfield, Ohio 45014, from 10:00am until services beginning at 11:00am. Pastors Brian Buriff and Dennis Whitaker, officiating.
