Anna Marie Fultz, age 46 of Fairfield, passed away at Mercy Hospitalon Wednesday, April 13, 2016.She was born in Hamilton on June 3, 1969 to Maynard and Diane (Hurst) Bowling. Anna was employed at Butler County Jobs and Family Services for 14 years. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 20 years; James Fultz, her children; Amanda (Wally Jr.) Miller, Alyssa Fultz, Tyler Fultz, Karl Fultz, and Kaleigh Fultz, her mother; Diane Bowling, her grandmother; Anna Mae Hurst, her brother; Jeffrey (Amy) Bowling, her aunt; Vicki Leger, her cousin; Christie Roberts and many loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father.

Funeral service will be held at Bible Baptist Church, 1249 Symmes Rd. at 1PM on Monday, April 18, 2016 with Pastor Wallace Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 18, 2016 from 11AM-1PM at the church.
