Shirley Anne Pearce

She was born in Halifax on November 28, 1933 to parents, the late Minnie (MacDonald) and John Publicover. Other than her parents she was predeceased by her loving husband of 44 years, Cyril Oswald Pearce Sr. Mom was also predeceased by her precious son, far too young, William John at the age of 52; her step-father, Gordon Jarvis; her brothers, Murray, Donnie and Jackie and her sisters, Ruby, Allie, Helen, Nancy and Marie.

Mom is survived by her son, Cyril (Debbie) and their children, Byron and Caitlin; her daughters, Patsi (Philip) and their children, Cheri and Janine and Kathy (Wayne) and her children, Bobby and James and Billy’s children, Jeffrey, Scott, Shaun and Maria. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and her sisters, Minnie and Gerry.

Cremation has taken place, and in keeping with mom’s wishes, her cremated remains will be placed along with her late husband, Cyril. There will not a visitation or public service by her request. A private family graveside memorial will be held at a later date.
