Robert Daniel Spencer

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of the infant son of Jessica Coughran and Johnny Spencer. Robert Daniel Spencer was born on December 14, 2021 and passed on December 15, 2021. During his short life he experienced the love of his mommy and daddy, kisses and gentle touches and heard “I Love You” countless times.

Survived by great grandmother, Hilda Gidney; Grandparents Guy and Patsy Leclerc, John Coughran and Bonnie Leslie, Wayne Spencer and Valerie Daurie; Aunt Brittany Spencer and Uncle Patrick Spencer; Cousins Jake and Lily Spencer and many other family members.

We would like to thank the IWK for their exceptional care; in particular Obstetric Physician Michiel Vanderholf; Resident Physician Jessica Pinkham; Attending Nurse Melissa Wood; Second Nurse Jodi Simpson; E-nurse Chantal Varret; Respiratory Therapist J. MacNeil; Neonatologist J. Afifi; Anesthetist Prasad Bolledulla, Scrub Nurse Molly Watts, Anesthesia Resident Lynn Squires and David Adams, Other PGY Nathalie Kupfer, Emily in the Birth Unit and all the staff of the NICU, the Birth Unit and ultrasound techs.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Donations can be made in Robert’s memory to the IWK or a charity of your choice.
