Amanda mentioned Michelle to me not long ago.  Time is a complicated thing, on one hand, it has been over a year already, but at the same time, it has only been a year.  I hope it gives you some comfort to know so many loved Michelle and miss her.  love to you and your family.

Barb, my heart broke for you, Leo and Ian on hearing that Michelle passed away.  My condolences to your family.  Nicole was lucky enough to have spent some time with Michelle.  I never had the chance to meet her but felt like I did as we talked of our children over the years.                        My most recent memories of Michelle are of seeing her beautiful, smiling face walking with her beloved "Bones" in Point Pleasant Park. She always greeted me with enthusiasm and made my day just that much brighter. I still think of her everyday in the park and will forever more.
     Even as a young girl Michelle possessed Qualities that most people don't achieve in a lifetime. She was joyeous,respectful of others,tres cool!,spirited, independant and most of all, full of grace. Her strength of character could only have been instilled in her by you both-Barb and Leo.

As a client of Michelle's at both the Head Shoppe and HS Studio, I have many many found memories. She was my hairdresser from age 10 onwards and I always looked forward to my appointments with her. We had lots of great laughs and I appreciated her advice, especially during my teenage years. I loved hearing about her travels, her running, and her family - whom she always spoke so highly of. I always asked Michelle to french braid my hair after every hair cut. The moment I would sit down, Michelle would ask "so another French Braid today?" with a chuckle. To this day, I am reminded of her beautiful spirit and warm smile every time I braid my hair.
