Age 52 of Halifax has passed away peacefully on Sunday February 13,2022. Born March 13,1969 in St. John's, NFLD. She was the daughter of Walter and Patricia Power. Karen was a compassionate lover of all things good. Her love of music was almost as large as her collection of CDs and records. Karen saw everything the advent of television had to offer, especially enjoying the golden oldies. A gentle soul she never had an ill thought about anyone who mistreated her. A loving mother who could not help but to smile and say “I love you" every single day to her beloved son. Survived by her son Matthew Power. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday February 24, 10:00AM at J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax. Deacon David Viscount officiating. Covid 19 protocols in place.
