PARRETT, Frank Joseph, 89, of Lower Sackville, passed away April 7, 2013 at home. Born in Verdun, Quebec, he was the son of the late Henry Arthur Parrett and Amy (Campbell) Parrett. Frank was a member of the Christian Bible Church and he loved the Lord and cared for the souls of men. Frank is survived by daughters, Maureen (Frank Marotta), Pennsylvania and Gail, Ontario; sons, Gary (Karen) Parrett, Rochester, NY, Ken (Brenda) Parrett, Halifax and Robert (Lisa) Parrett, Rochester, NY; eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by wife, Irene; sisters, Lily and Dorothy; brother, Henry and great-granddaughter, Siri-Ann. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 10 from 6-8 pm in JA Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax. The memorial service will be held in New Testament Baptist Church, 20 Ashdale Ave, Halifax at 11am on Thursday, April 11. Pastor Percy Lake officiating. Burial at a later date in Rochester, NY.
