Frank Marshall Fraser

FRASER, Frank – of Halifax. Born in Springhill, N.S. on May 13th, 1934 to mother Mary (Tipping) Fraser and father Gerald Fraser. Survived by wife Diana Fraser, daughter Belinda (Rick) Brown, Calgary, Kevin (Diane) Calgary, David (Peggy) Turtle Creek, N.B., Douglas New Ross, Stephen (Sarah) Halifax, Jennifer (Matt) Halifax, Michael Halifax, sister Dorothy Garrison (Dartmouth), as well as several nieces and nephews, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his mother and father as well as his sisters Marjorie Mulder (Vancouver), and Annabel Bowden (Halifax) and son Christopher.

Frank worked for Highliner Seafoods for 47 years before retiring as Manager Sales/Production planning in 1999. Frank was an active member of Fairview Legion Branch No. 142. He enjoyed playing cards including poker, crib and 45’s.

Visitation will be held at J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr., (902) 455-0531 on Sunday, January 23rd from 6-8 p.m. with a service following at the funeral home chapel on Monday, January 24th at 11 a.m. Cremation to take place after the service. Reception to follow at Fairview Legion, Branch No. 142, Hillcrest Ave., Halifax.
