My sister Margaret and I are Charlie’s cousins.  Our father, Gerald (Marjorie’s sister) was his uncle.  Because we lived in Toronto, we made only one visit to Charlie’s family in Nova Scotia.   It was a wonderful holiday for us but the most memorable experience was when Charlie took the two of us for an exhilarating drive in his sports car (an MG?) around Citadel Hill.  Being several years younger than Charlie, we were very impressed by our cousin who willingly provided great excitement for these two girls!

Joan & Family Members... Our sincere condolences on the passing of Charlie. We count ourselves lucky to have know him over the years. Charlie loved that 1981 Triumph Spitfire and we have fond memories of British car tours with you. I think Charles was the only one able to keep a fire going at White Point with wet wood! I have many memories travelling with Charlie and Joan in our British cars to many places in the Maritimes especially, P.E.I. and White Point Beach in January where Charlie was always in charge if keeping the main fireplace going and he did that well.  I always enjoyed his company. 
My sincere condolences to Joan, Ken and the family at this difficult time.  RIP Charlie.

The O'Neill family sends its sincere condolences to Charlie's family.  Charlie was a wonderful man and a great friend to our Dad, Tom. They enjoyed many fishing trips together at our fishing camp over the years.

Our condolences, Charlie will be missed.  He was always a great joy to be around at the old camp and salmon fishing trips to Newfoundland.  He was very innovative, he had built a heating system of some piping that was inserted into the fire place with a fan from an old computer to push the heat into the camp through the piping to where we often played crib. That has served to keep us warm for many years, and will in the future. We will always remember the warmth you shared with us, thanks Charlie.
