Fred Moshe Frank

Fred M. Frank, age 94, passed away peacefully at home on March 29, 2025. Fred was born in Basra, Iraq on January 20, 1931 to Moshe and Regina Ephraim. After spending his childhood in Iraq, he attended an English high school in India, college in New York and served in the US army in California before making his way to Israel where he met his wife, Yvonne. Fred and Yvonne were married on March 18, 1961 and enjoyed a wonderful 64 years together. He was a loving husband to Yvonne, and devoted father to Ronald, Lorraine and David. He was a grandfather to 6 cherished grandchildren: Jonathan, Jade, Aaron, Austin, Sage and Tyler.

Fred was extraordinarily accomplished in both his personal and professional life. His biggest passion was spending time with his family including countless family vacations. He always put his family first and was driven to providing his wife and children the best life he could. He took so much pride in his children’s and grandchildren’s accomplishments, many of which he helped nurture. He continued to work tirelessly until very recently keeping him sharp and active. His big heart, boundless love and infectious laugh will be missed.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:30 PM on Monday March 31, 2025 at the Cedar Park Cemetery, 735 Forest Ave. Paramus, NJ for those who would like to attend.

The family will sit Shiva on March 31st from 4:00 PM -7:00 PM and Tuesday April 1, 2025 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the home of Yvonne Frank.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations be made to the Jewish National Fund (JNF.org) or the charity of your choosing.
