Virginia Leuth Rosset (Tiz, Ginny, Mom, Grandma)

Virginia “Ginny” Leuth Rosset, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2024, at the age of 88. She will be deeply missed by her children: Sharon (Donald) Bousson, Henry (Jorie Cummis) Rosset, and Randy Rosset. Ginny's legacy lives on through her cherished grandchildren: Haley Rosset, Annie Bousson, Ellie Bousson, Claire Bousson, and Daniel Rosset. She is survived by her brother, Richard “Dick” (Barb) Leuth, her brother-in law and sister-in-law: Ron (Lucy) Rosset, her sister-in-law Loraine Rosset, as well as her dear friend Carol Theis, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Ginny is now reunited with her loved ones who preceded her in death: her parents Willard and Bernice (Gould) Leuth, Richard Daniel Rosset her husband of 48 years, her brother-in-law George “Babe” Rosset, her beloved granddaughter Kylie Ann Rosset, her niece Julia (Rosset) Granowski and her lifelong friend Marlene Harris.

No matter what we called her – Tiz, Ginny, Mom, or Grandma – she was a friend to all. Her quick smile, warm laugh, and kind heart made everyone feel welcome. Filled with gratitude, she was always quick to express her thanks for the kindness shown to her throughout her life.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday November 26, 2024 at Marsh Funeral Home 305 N Cemetery Road, Gurnee, IL 60031 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday November 27, 2024 at Vernon Cemetery 15215 Cemetery Road Lincolnshire, IL 60069 commencing at 11:00 AM.

Memorial Service Luncheon, immediately after the burial, will be at Dover Straits 890 East Highway 45 Mundelein, IL 60060. All are welcome to attend.

Our family thanks you in advance for each of your individual prayers, thoughts and acts of kindness. Ginny’s family and friends will forever hold her memory close as she was a true light in their lives. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love of those she is now reunited with.
