He was the youngest child of the late C. Edward Longo (1988) Survived by his loving Mom, Monica, siblings Patricia, Joseph, Jane and Daniel (Christina). Beloved Uncle to Nicolas and Samuel.
Predeceased by his Uncles and Aunts, Frank, George, Jean, Mary, Robert and Nancy Allen, Jack Fischer (Theresa) Ted and Joan Fischer and Alex Goll. His cousins Paul, Tom, Blake and Mike Fischer, Michael, Angela and Domenic Jr Longo.
He will be greatly missed by his Uncles, Aunts, cousins and a tremendous group of friends.
Steve worked in IT and was a strong and valuable asset to every team he worked with. He was strong on the outside but kind, caring and soft on the inside. He enjoyed movies and shared a passion for Star Wars and loved attending Comicon Conventions with his friends.
A visitation will take place on Wednesday, December 20 from 11am - 1 pm at Gilbert McIntyre Funeral Home - Hart Chapel (1099 Gordon St. Guelph) with a Funeral Service at 1 pm in the Chapel followed by a reception in the Hart Fellowship Lounge.
Donations to the Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation and St Joseph’s Health Foundation, Guelph would be greatly appreciated by the family.
