Mary Frances Fisher

Mary Frances Fisher, age 89 of Columbus, Ohio passed away on December 8, 2023. She was born on April 12, 1934 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Allen Riley Young and Mary Frances (Mac Callum). Mary joins in death her parents; son Mark H. Fisher; siblings - brother James Donald Runnels and sister-in-law Martha Ann Wyatt-Runnels; sister Janet Donahue and brother-in-law Terry Donahue; brother Robert Young; father and mother-in-law Morris Fisher Sr. and wife Ruth; brother and sister-in-law Wayne and Shirley Fisher; and granddaughter Grace A. Back. Mary leaves behind her loving husband of 69 years Morris H. Fisher; children Greg Fisher (Dawn Spangler); Nancy K. Brown; Christina R. Fisher; Jeffrey E. Fisher; grandchildren Nicholas (Sarah) Pizzurro; Robert P. Coulter (Jessica L. Lyttle); Justin A. Cotton (Emily N. Evans); Garrison R. Brown; and Mark A. Brown; great grandchildren Sienna R. Coulter; Payden B. Coulter; Anthony Salvatore Pizzurro; and Everleigh K. Coulter. Also surviving is sister Donna K. (Dick) Orr; former daughters-in-law Marilyn Humphrey and Kayla Rose New; nieces, nephews, many dear friends and caregiver Jennifer Tasch. Mary was a member of the Trinity Assembly of God Church with whom she traveled to Israel, fulfilling a lifelong dream of seeing the Holy Land. Mary was also a member of the Women’s Aglow Outreach. She loved to sew and read her Bible everyday, along with other books. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Dec 14, 2023 from 9am to 10am at Schoedinger Funeral Home – Grove City Chapel, 4242 Hoover Road, Columbus, Ohio 43123 where the funeral service will start at 10am with Dr. Ken Keene officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery in Galloway, Ohio. Memorial donations may be made in Mary’s name to the Outreach Ministries of Trinity Assembly of God, 1112 Demorest Rd., Columbus, OH 43204.
