Jennifer Marie (Burke) Cornwell

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jennifer Marie “Burke” Cornwell, a beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and a cherished friend. Jennifer passed away on August 20, 2024 at the age of 49.

Jennifer was a devoted mother to her two children, Austin and Grayson. She cherished every moment spent with her children. She was their biggest fan, especially when they were on the wrestling mat, cheering them on with such pride. She found immense joy in watching her son’s pursue their passions. Her love for her children was boundless, and she always made sure they knew how much they were loved and supported.

Jennifer’s life was a true gift to all who knew her and her presence brought light and happiness to every room she entered. Her legacy is one of love, compassion and selflessness. Her memory will forever be cherished by family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Don and Ailsa Burke, Don and Margaret Hoover.

Jennifer is survived by her sons, Austin and Grayson Cornwell; her parents, Terry (Pam) Burke and Karen (Jeff) Appel; and her siblings, Julie (Bill) Tigner, Matthew (Sarah) Burke, and Jessica (Andrew Anderson) Burke. Jennifer is also survived by her step-sisters, Lisa (Clint) Cortright and Nicole Appel, grandmother, Rita Bickel and her cherished nieces and nephews, Isabella, Hunter, Gianna, Lachlan, Cameron, and Colton. She leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

Jennifer's vibrant spirit and compassionate heart touched the lives of everyone she met. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered with love .

A celebration of life will be held September 13, 2024 from 4:30pm-830pm for family and friends at the Eagle Pavilion, 3670 Discovery Dr, Grove City, OH, 43123. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to support her children at https://gofund.me/5bf418f3.
