Christina “Faye” Krick, age 81, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 23, 2023 at her residence with her family by her side. Born February 9, 1942 in Columbus, Ohio to the late David and Christina Armour. Faye was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and recently enjoyed the addition of her first great grandson. As a long time member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, she participated in multiple groups and made some lasting friends. She graduated from Our Lady of Victory and worked several years at Lazarus Department Store before marrying her husband of 61 years. Faye had a loving and generous heart. Her strong faith was central to her life. She was known to be energetic, happy and determined which she displayed until her last days. Faye enjoyed gardening, sewing, long walks, and spending time with family and friends. She was loved by all who met her. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Ailsa Burke and her husband Donald; her brother David Armour and his wife Betsy; sister Doreen Harrod and her husband Glen; and her brother John “Jack” Armour. Faye is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Krick; children, Kathleen (Mark) Wodarcyk, Elizabeth (Lisa) Krick, Laurie (Raymond) Latz, Ronald Krick; grandchildren, Kristin (Christopher) McKenzie, Daniel (Rachel Howard) Latz, Justin (Jessica) Latz; great Grandson Aiden McKenzie, along with a host of nieces, nephews and dear friends. A visitation time will be held Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 4-7pm at SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY 4242 HOOVER RD. A mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, July 28,2023 at 10am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church 3730 Broadway. Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dementia Society www.dementiasociety.org or Alzheimer’s Association https://act.alz.org/donate
