Tina Roberts

Tina was a wonderful daughter, sister, aunt, mother, and the greatest grandmother around. Tina never met a stranger, she only had instant friends. She devoted her life to God. She was a lifetime member at Nativity of Our Lord Church, and also a member of St. Joan Of Arc parish. She loved going to Church, saying the rosary and going to bible study. Tina had a wonderful career at Aon Risk Services that lasted 50 years. Once she found out she was going to be a grandmother, she instantly retired and started her true calling as a doting grandmother. She ran a wonderful race when God told her it was time to come home.

Tina is predeceased in death by her parents; Magdalena and Joseph DeWalls, her siblings; Delores (Bill) Biebuyck, Joseph (Delores Ann) DeWalls, Anthony (Delores) DeWalls, Edward DeWalls, and David DeWalls. She is survived by her loving daughter, Michele (Kyle) Johnston; cherished grandchildren, Owen, Sara, and Eli; and loving siblings, Marty (the late Elizabeth) DeWalls and Mary Rose Corser, as well as many loved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, May 18th at 12pm at Nativity of Our Lord Church located at 5900 McClellan Ave. Detroit, MI. A rosary will be held at 11:30am prior to mass.
