Robert F. Vermeulen, age 77, of Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2024. He is survived by his wife Sally Ann. He was proud of his daughter Melissa (Johnny) Ampola. He adored his grandchildren Nathan and Peyton. He will be missed by his sister Anne Bente and brother Alan Vermeulen. He was predeceased by his parents Emil and Ann Vermeulen and his brother Bill (Joan) Vermeulen. He is survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Robert will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Rosary 7:00 PM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan 48236.
An instate will occur Thursday, October 31, 2024 from 9:30 AM until time of funeral mass 10:00 AM at Our Lady Star of the Sea, 467 Fairford, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236.
