Nancy- Ellen Fuhrman

Nancy- Ellen Fuhrman Was born December 5, 1923 in Dearborn, Michigan and entered into eternal rest October 14, 2016 in St. Clair Shores, Michigan at the age of 92. Nancy was the beloved wife of the late Raymond and dearest mother of Nancy Lee (Paul) Marzolino, Deborah (Mark ) Summers, Raymond John and Marguerite (Joseph) Krafchak. She was " Granny" to her 11 grandchildren and 15 great- grandchildren. Nancy is also survived by her brother James Hayes and many nieces and nephews and is predeceased by her brother Walter and Hugh. Visitation Monday 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with rosary at 7:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack at Vernier Road, Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan 48236. Funeral Tuesday, instate 9:30 am until time of mass 10:00 am at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 21620 Greater Mack, St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48080. Monsignor Michael Burgarin will be officiating. Burial will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield, Michigan at 2:00 pm. Nancy grew up in Dearborn and and graduated from Sacred Heart School. Upon graduation she and a few friends enlisted in the navy, stationed in San Francisco and was a telegrapher during World War Two. In 1950 Nancy- Ellen married Ray at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dearborn. They began their marriage living in Detroit and moved to St. Clair Shores. Nancy Ellen retired in 1987 from Lakeshore Ear, Nose and Throat Center. Memorial Contributions to St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church and School.
