Grace Louise Murphy, age 72, passed away on Sunday December 24th, 2023. Beloved wife for almost 49 years to George Murphy. Cherished mother to Michael (Lauren) Murphy and Amanda Murphy. Adored grandmother to Emilia. Loving sister to Sandra (Larry) Sydnor, Sharon (John) Vidmosko, George Doran, and the late Nancy Watson. Predeceased by her parents, Barbara and dear step-father Edward Firth.
A memorial visitation will be on Saturday, January 6th, 2024 from 2 PM until 6 PM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236. A memorial service will be at 6 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to a place that Grace was a member of, Grosse Pointe Woods Presbyterian Church, 19950 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236. An interment service will be held in the spring.
