Betty Kane

Betty married her husband, Robert Kane, and had three children. She worked as a church secretary for Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church for over 25 years.

Betty was an avid reader in her spare time and enjoyed the company of friends. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by three children, Jeannie Nye (Wayne) of St. Clair Shores, Robert Kane (Lora) of Warren, and Michael Kane (Sandra) of St. Clair Shores; her five grandchildren, Katie Cogley (Mike), Lisa Woolfenden (Brian), Tyler Wilson (Jesse), Emily Kane and Michael Kane.

Aside from her loving parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Robert.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 12, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in A.H. Peters Funeral Home (20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI). Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 13, 2021, with instate to begin after 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

She will be laid to rest next to husband, Robert, at Resurrection Cemetery.
