Philip Douglas Stanley, age 96, of Portland, Oregon passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023.
A celebration of life for Philip will be held Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home, 520 W Powell Blvd, Gresham, Oregon 97030.
