Mark Masteller Miller Sr., 50, of Fairview, Oregon, passed away unexpectedly at home on May 29, 2022. He was born in Middletown, PA on September 14, 1971. Mark married his wife Cathy (Buchanan) on June 12, 2006 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mark worked for Coast Truck Centers for the last fifteen years as Vice President of Sales. He was well known throughout the transport refrigeration industry, and was awarded Salesman of the Year for the entire United States in 2014. Mark discovered hunting later in life, and also loved to go fishing and crabbing. Mark was known for his generous spirit, warm hugs, and his huge heart. His smile was incomparable. He was defined by the love for his family and friends.
Mark is survived by his wife Cathy (Buchanan) of Fairview, Oregon, six children Brittani (Chris) Fontana, Brandi (Frank) Gambill, Mark Jr, Hannah (Alex) Drake, Jeremy and Sierra. Brothers David (Siri) and Scott (Kari), and sister Jennifer (Paul). Mark was also a proud grandfather of seven, Gracelyn, Kennedy, Charlie, Sarah, Kylie, Adam, and baby Henry, due in July. Mark was also loved by his aunt, cousin, nieces, nephews, and many close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Sharon Miller, and his nephew Preston.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation ( JDRF.org) in honor of Mark’s son Jeremy, who suffers from Type 1 Diabetes.
