Cora Elvina Anderson

Cora was a very active participant in the AA Community, having 35 years of sobriety. Cora enjoyed flowers, gardening and crocheting.

Cora was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Anderson, parents, James and Annie (Bjorgen) Bjelkevig, two brothers, Gerald and Allen Bjelkevig and two sisters, Lillian Hagen and Judy Challas.

Cora is survived by her 5 children: Carol and husband Butch Serbick, Troutdale, OR., daughter Eyvonne and husband Joe Bell, Gresham, OR., son John and wife Erin Anderson, Stanley, North Dakota, daughter Linda and husband John Clarke, Milwaukie, Oregon, daughter Laurie and husband Mark Youngs, Gresham, OR.. plus her 13 grandchildren: Todd, Michelle, Christopher, Kimberly, Tracy, John Sarah, Dale, Michael, James, Ryan, Nathan and Brandon, plus her 22 great grandchildren: Cody, Cameron, Taylar, Evan, Sophia, Madison, Jacob, Bridgette, Isaiah, Jared, Jace, Lakyn, Noah, Haylee, Liam, Elijah, Lillian, Kate, James, Luke, Braiden and Jaiden.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church in Gresham, Oregon or the East County Alano Club or to your charity of choice.

Viewing will be on Friday, December 20, 2019 from 1-5 pm at Bateman Carroll Funeral Home located at 520 W. Powell Blvd. in Gresham, Oregon.

Funeral Service will be on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church located at 507 W. Powell Blvd. in Gresham, Oregon.

Private interment will be at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon.
