Stephen Joe Ulmer, 67, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2022 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was retired from Air Systems as a CNC operator.

He is survived by one son, Stephen Ulmer, Jr.; two daughters, Jacqueline Palomares and Amanda Ulmer; one sister, Lissa Macklin and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe T. and Jackie Ulmer.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
