Gail Taylor Mills

Born in Port Chester NY, she was the daughter of Percy and Rose Taylor. She worked 37 years for the town of Greenwich and 13 years for the Greenwich YWCA. She was a volunteer Girl Scout and Cub Scout Leader.

She was an avid gardener and enjoyed birdwatching. She had a love for animals and had a strong connection to cardinals. Wherever she went she ran into someone she knew. She loved talking and catching up with friends. She cherished spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her beautiful blue eyes, bright smile, and humor.

She is survived by her husband Reginald Mills, her daughter Tracy Ferreira and her husband Antonio Ferreira, her son Adrian Mills, and three cherished granddaughters Taylor, Tiffany, Tina Ferreira, and her beloved cat, Foot Foot.

Gail will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Friends are invited to her wake service on Monday the 11th from 4-8pm at Leo P. Gallagher and Son Funeral Home, 31 Arch Street, Greenwich CT 06830. A private burial will be held at The Middle Patent Rural Cemetery Association in Bedford, NY 10506.
