Mary Jane Stone, 66, beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2011. Born in Monroe, Walton County, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Doris Dillard Everette and step-father, Albert Everette, Jr. and father, Faye Royster of Monroe, Georgia.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Luther Ray Stone, and her son, Jonathan Stone of Greenville; three sisters; Jean Lee and Connie Kimbrell both of Easley and Vickie Whitaker, of Mansfield, GA, one brother, Joe Everette of Piedmont, and her grandson Forrest Stone of Woodruff. She was predeceased by a brother, Albert (Buck) Everette III, and a sister Katherine Babb.
A graveside service will be held by Mr. David Storey at 11 am on Saturday, June 25, 2011, at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 24, 2011 at 6:30pm to 8pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home, Greenville, SC.
