Frankie Joyce Fowler Haney, 76 of Greer, SC passed away on Monday, March 30, 2015. Born in Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of the late Franklin and Myrtle Bridwell Fowler. She is survived by her husband: Clifford Haney; two brothers and sister-in-laws: Raymond and Bobby Fowler and Redmond and Betty Fowler; two cousins: Gary Bridwell and Evelyn (Randall) Duncan; step-daughter: Teresa (Richard) Boucharn; step-grandson: Michael (Sheri) Boucharn and two step-great-grandchildren.
