Alexander Raul Diaz

Alexander Raúl Díaz, a devoted husband and father, passed away on June 7, 2024, at 65. He leaves behind his loving wife Doris, two sons, Chris and Matthew, daughters-in-law Lindsay and María José, and his sister Evelyn (Eve). Alexander was a kind-hearted man who cherished his family above all else. All who knew him will deeply miss his unwavering love, guidance, and support. He was a founding member of Emmanuel Upstate Presbyterian Church, taught ESL, and was on the church’s building committee. He was also a deacon at Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church.

Alexander's life will be celebrated at 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 15 at Emmanuel Upstate Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Fostering Great Ideas in his honor, an organization close to his heart that advocates for and assists foster children.
