For Scott, the act of living was about being the best provider that he could be. His family would never want for anything as long as he was around, and his love for them showed through his actions over the years. He touched the lives of many with his unique sense of humor, and his unprecedented, witty, nature. Proud father and ladies’ man with a charm loved by many, only one woman ever had his heart, Tina Ashley, his wife who died in 1993. He was a very proud man who loved his family more than anything that life had to offer him.
Scott worked in his latter years as a great ambassador for the family company, Market America and Shop.com http://Shop.com. He will be missed by many.
He is survived by his four children whom he was so proud of; Brandi Ashley Quinn and Mike Quinn of Greensboro, NC, Loren Ashley Ridinger and J.R. Ridinger of Miami Beach, FL, Marc Ashley and Maria Checa of Miami Beach, FL, Steve Ashley and Kim Ashley of Greensboro, NC; his beautiful grandchildren; Amber Ridinger McLaughlin and Duane McLaughlin, Mariah Rose Ashley and his great grandson, Ayden Michael McLaughlin.
