Margaret Esther Green

Esther was born on July 10, 1930 in Michigan City, Indiana, the daughter of Edward M. and Gertrude C. Roberts Kribs. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Esther was a member of Jamestown United Methodist Church. She enjoyed nature, music, crafts and family.

Esther was preceded in death by her loving husband, Willard Edward Green in 2001; their son, Willard Alan “Billy” Green and her sister Martha Bryan. Surviving are her loving children; Peggy Lesch and husband Michael of Jamestown, NC, Paul Green and wife Terri of High Point, NC, Jane Harrod and husband Steve of Kentwood, MI, John Green and wife Marie of Newark, DE and Susan Winther and husband Matthew of Canton, MI; her brother, George Kribs , grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A Celebration of her life will be held on Monday, December 31st at 2:00 p.m. at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday.
