A graveside service will be held Wednesday, 1:00 p.m., at Lakeview Memorial Park.
Kenneth was born March 23, 1949 in Browns Summit, the son of Albert and Alberta McMahan Cook.
Kenneth was employed by Chase Scientific Glass as a machinist for many years. He enjoyed boating, driving his Mustang and riding his Harley. Kenneth loved life and could usually be found with more ice cream on him than in him. Kenneth also enjoyed snow skiing and playing the Wii with his grandson. He will be remembered for his dad jokes, puns and wit. He will be missed.
In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny Cook.
Those left to cherish his memory include his daughters, Laura Dompert (Doug) of Fishers, IN and Cara Hill (Blake) of Kingston, TN; sister, Brenda Wilburn (J.D.) of Del Rio, TN; grandchildren, Douglas, William and Jackson Dompert; former wife, Jewel Ann Davis of Harriman, TN; and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
The family asks with gratitude that memorials in Kenneth’s name be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023 Merrifield, NC 22116-7023.
