Elwood and his family were our neighbors when I moved to Greensboro, NC, we lived on Williams Street, Greensboro, NC. He lived next door to Louis and me. I became pregnant with Stephanie, and he fell in love with her from the moment he saw her. When she was old enough, he took her riding up the street on his motorcycle. Needless to say, I was scared silly, and he said don't you worry, I will take care of her, and she had many rides with Elwood up and down Williams Street in Greensboro, NC. I did not know Elwood had passed in 2021 as Gail his daughter did not notify me. I am sorry I could not say goodbye to a longtime friend. Rest in Peace my good friend Elwood Stultz, I know you and Louis are in heaven not hurting anymore and loving the Paradise we have all been taught to believe is waiting for us all! Elwood was a fine man that loved his family.  He was a good friend to a lot of people.  He will be missed.   Gail, I hope it brings some comfort knowing he is with your mom and brother.   Rest peacefully Elwood. 

We will miss Ellwood very much. He was so sweet to our family....and became a good buddy to my daddy...and to us all. RIP Ellwood....we treasure the good times we had with you. The Rev Grady Barringer Family....Sonya...Katie ....Grayson...Reese...Ian and Zack. 

I am going to miss my visits and calls with Uncle Elwood.  He was always so sweet and kind. We both enjoyed our chats. Sometimes they would be a few short minutes,  Sometimes an hour or more where we would talk and laugh. He was a good man who loved me, my family and my children.
One of my fondest memories was eatting dinner at Cracker Barrell with him, my Husband,  My Mom and our Children.  We all ate, talked and laughed. It was such a special time.  I will miss him immensely and never forget his love for me.

To Gail, I am so very sorry about your Dad. He was a wonderful,  kind man. I know in time your memories will bring you comfort. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. Love you.
