She was surrounded by her family and beloved pets. Cheryl was the daughter of Pearly Franklin Watson and Marjorie Mason Watson.
Cheryl and her husband established Creative Expressions in 1996 in Jamestown, NC and was a well know photographer of children, families, and pets. She had a great talent for capturing moments in time through her photography. She was fortunate to touch many generations at over 200 schools and child care facilities in the state of North Carolina.
She was an enthusiast of the beach and everything surrounding it. Cheryl loved spending time with her family and friends both at home and the beach. Anyone who knew her, knew her love of seafood and cooking. She enjoyed many summers with niece Diamond.
Cheryl is survived by her husband Eric Lupton, parents Billy and Margie Watson, Brother Kenny and wife Marlene Watson, Sisters Linda Whitmire, Kathy Johnson, and Carol Boyce.
She is also survived by her niece Diamond Watson and her two sons. Diamond was more of a surrogate daughter than a niece.
The family would like to share their appreciation to the friends, family, and neighbors who continually offer their prayers, love and support.
