Amy McCollum Berndt, 56, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at Adams Farm Living & Rehabilitation in Jamestown, NC after a lengthy illness. She was born in Greensboro and graduated from Western Guilford High School. Amy was a homemaker.
Preceding her in death are her father, Ronald K. McCollum and paternal and maternal grandparents. She is survived by her daughters, Kristyn Brannon of Fairmont, WV, Katie Hamilton of Rochester, NY and Emily Berndt of Buffalo, NY; mother, Patricia McCollum of Jamestown, NC; brother, Jeff McCollum (Laura) and their daughter, Cameron of Greensboro, NC.
A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Mt. Bethel Church, 8130 NC 65, Summerfield, NC.
