Rickey Lynn Haney, Sr., 66, of Baileyton, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2014, at his home.
He was employed by Plus Mark.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law: Sheri and Claude Hinkle and Melissa and Danny Fillers of Greeneville; son and daughter-in-law: Rickey Jr. and Jessica Haney of Greeneville; four grandchildren: Kenneth “Daniel” Hale, Matthew Lynn Hale, Rachel Nicole Chambers, and Ryan Smith; two great grandchildren: Nathaniel Hale and Emma Hale; sister and brother-in-law: Kathy and Larry McNeese of Chuckey; and a niece: Rachel McNeese.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Josephine Haney.
It was Mr. Haney's wishes to be cremated.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 2pm at the Jones Chapel Church on Gap Mountain Road in Baileyton with Terry Booker officiating.
