Peggy Sue Tweed

She worked at Meco for over 30 years and she received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Army.

Peggy is survived by her husband, Hugh Tweed; children, Michael Tweed (Juanita Dean), Jamie Race and Cody Trammell; grandchildren, Sadie Trammell, Macie Cutshaw, Sophia Race, Madison Race and Hudson Trammell; brother, Larry Henderson (Kim); sisters, Martha Fellers, Nancy Causey (Homer) Janie Shelton (Roy) and Lucille Renner. She is also survived by her in-laws, Don/Freda Tweed, Ruth Tarlton, Patsy Tuntland (Larry) Keith Tweed, Steve Tweed (Brandy), Carolyn Buech, Randy Tweed (Tammy), Debbie Sams (Rickey Harrison); special friend, Doug Venable; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles and grandmother, Mary Ann Henderson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clement and Clara Henderson; mother-in-law, Flossie Tweed; and three brothers-in-law, David Tweed, Mike Sams and Mike Fellers.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, from 11 am to 2 pm. The funeral service will follow at 2 pm in the chapel of Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Fillers officiating.

Interment will follow in Mt. Olivet cemetery with the Greeneville Greene County Honor Guard and the Tennessee National Guard conducting Military Honors.

Pallbearers are Michael Tweed, Trevor Tweed, Daniel Tweed, Randall Tweed, Ethan Sams, Eli Cutshall, Mason Henderson and Paul Henderson.

Honorary pallbearers are her Meco family.
