He was married to his wife, Marjorie Paul, for 30 years.
Mr. Paul was born March 3,1949 in Washington County to the late Cloyd and Lois Paul.
Wayne worked as a very efficient truck driver for several companies in the past including, J.D. Wadoworth, A.J. Metler, Lady & Son Equipment, Dallas Carriers, Star Transportation, and Roger’s Petroleum.
Vacationing and visiting with his stepchildren was always enjoyable, they are Tracy (Derek) Larson, Brian (Brenna) Skauge, and Sandy Foster; and three grandchildren, Audrey and Lucas Foster, and Dean Skauge.
Other survivors include Susan (Dennis) France of Murfreesboro, TN, Wanda Judy of Johnson City, Wilma Oxendine of Elizabethton, and Linda (Morrell), a sister preceding him in death; along with several nieces and nephews; and special cousin, Mark Paul.
The Paul Family extends special thanks to Amedisys Hospice of Morristown and Smokey Mountain Medical Equipment of Elizabethton, TN.
There will be no formal services.
