He retired from Hurd Lock with 32 years of service.
Mr. Reynolds was a member of Brittontown Church.
Survivors include his sisters: Clyde Hensley, Mary Malone, and Ann Crittenden; brothers and sister-in-law: Raymond and Helen Reynolds and Hobert Reynolds; step son and wife: Roger and Vanda Smith; step daughter and husband: Peggy and Roger Carter; grandchildren: Chrissy Carter Hamilton, Kenny Carter, Debbie Smith Rose, William Smith, and Christian Smith; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife: Mary Edith “Tootsie” Reynolds; sisters: Pearl Reynolds, Mona Reynolds, Clara Malone, Maude Smith, and Betty Jones; brother: Coy Reynolds; and parents: Joseph and Bessie Moore Reynolds.
The family will receive friends from 5pm-8pm Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 8:00 pm Friday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Nathan Reynolds and Rev. David Dugger officiating.
Interment will be at 10:00 am Saturday in Cross Anchor Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at 9:00 am Saturday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Hensley, Hobert Reynolds, Nathan Reynolds, Luke Reynolds, Kyle Reynolds, and Bobby Jones.
