The family states he was a loving father and son, an avid hunter and an outdoor enthusiast.

Jimmy is survived by his daughter, Jalissa Worley (David); parents, Billy and Lessie Winter; brother, Tommy Winter (Whitney); niece, Allena Winter; nephews, Jaxon Winter and Dustin Winter (Leandra).

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5 – 7 pm at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 7 pm with Rev. Larry Moore officiating.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 10 am in St. James Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 9 am to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers are Shawn Nease, Tim Wykle, Danny Humphreys, Danny Carpenter, Dustin Winter, and Jaxon Winter
