He was a student at Mosheim Elementary.
Jade was a member of Christ United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his father: Frank C. Leonard; mother: Treasa Smith; brother: Paul Smith; sisters: Sarah, Rebecca, and Caitlin; grandmother: Virginia Roberts; aunts and uncles: Barbara and David of California, Dimple and Tony Morrell, Alberto and Roberta Campos, Brenda Washington, Jean Leonard, Randy Leonard, Jim Leonard, Mack Leonard, and John Carr; special cousins: Jackson, Sarah and Andrew Guilmette, David and Diann Musgrove, and numerous others; all his friends and teachers at Mosheim; his principal: Wendy Carpenter; great aunt: Marge Malone; and cousins: William and Richard Nichols, Selana and Mark Davis, and Angie Ricker.
The family will receive friends from 5pm-7pm Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 7pm in the funeral home chapel with David Musgrove and Dale Gruver officiating.
