He was a former employee of Parker Hannifin and a farmer. He attended St. James Lutheran Church. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a very compassionate, generous, and caring person, as well as being creative and a fixer of all things. Nick enjoyed gospel music and bluegrass gospel.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Neas; two sons, Dennis Neas and Tim Neas; one daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and David Myers; grandchildren: Haley Gaby and fiancé, Cole Ellenburg; Josh Myers and wife, Megan; Isaac Myers and wife, Tatum; great grandchildren: Ella, Baylor, and Emree Myers; a brother, Dunk Neas and wife, Barbara; sister, Ethel Duff; and several nieces and nephews.
He was the son of the late Charles and Kathryn Neas and was preceded in death by his first wife, Yvonne Neas and grandchildren, Skyler and Dakota Neas.
There will be a graveside service on Sunday at 2:00 pm at St. James Cemetery with Rev. Jeff Blake officiating.
Close friends and family are asked to meet at the cemetery for the graveside service.
