She was retired from ACE Products and was a member of Oven Creek United Methodist Church.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: Jeff and Barbara Ottinger of Parrottsville; grandsons: Isaac Ottinger and wife, Morgan, Michael Ottinger and wife, Kelsey; sister-in-law: Ruth Trentham of Newport; several niece and nephews; and her special friends: Betty Ottinger and Jean Wines.
She was the daughter of the late Will and Nancy Kiker Gammons and was preceded in death by her husband, I. D. Ottinger; a daughter, Donna Ottinger; an infant son, Dennis Craig Ottinger; a sister, Alice (Sam) Gregg; and brothers: J.L. (Vernal) Gammons, James “Windy” (Mabel) Gammons, Luther “Ting” (Blanche) Gammons.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 pm Monday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 8 pm Monday in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel with Brother Ben Watts officiating.
Interment will be 11 am Tuesday in Oven Creek Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery Tuesday morning for the committal service.
Pallbearers will be Isaac Ottinger, Michael Ottinger, Josh Neas, Dave Neas, Phil Gregg and Donald Ray Trentham.
The family wished to express a special thanks to the staff of Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice and Dr. Candy Overholt.
