He was a handyman.
The family states he was a very genuine, loving, caring man who loved his family deeply. He never met a stranger and was liked by all who knew him and will be sadly missed.
Mr. Morgan is survived by his wife of 26 years: Margaret Morgan; two daughters and a son-in-law: Joanie Hope, Donna and Alan Greene; three sons and a daughter-in-law: Bobby Gene Morgan, Tim Ball, Chris and Susie Ball; grandchildren and spouses: Alisha Harrison and husband, Justin, Ashley McKinney and husband, Corey, Kristen Trombley, Jacob Ball, Kendra Tweed, Katie Hope, Susan Hope, Junior Kesterson, Monica Worley, Scottie Kesterson, Katie Hickey, Madison Davis, and Haley Britt; great grandchildren: Zachariah Ball, Alexis Harrison, and Jaylah Tweed; special sister-in-law: Brenda Shiflet; mother: Anna Morgan; brother: Michael Morgan; sister: Tammy Martinez; and his special companion: “Piggy”.
He was the son of the late Charlie Morgan and was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Herndon, a special daughter-in-law, Jennifer Ball, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home preceding the funeral service at 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Rev. Buster Shelton will officiate.
Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Cross Anchor Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at 1:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery for the committal service.
His pallbearers are Chris Ball, Charles Cutshaw, Justin Harrison, Corey McKinney and Ricky Ball.
