She was a member of Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Crusaders’ Class.
Diane was loved by all who met her. She was faithful and loyal to her church and family. She was one to have never met a stranger, always loved to give and receive hugs, and LOVED her Dr. Peppers! She will be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her brother: Richard Cobble of Greeneville; niece: Jennifer Strawser of Pennsylvania; nephew: Jason Cobble of South Carolina; several great nieces and great nephews; several aunts and uncles; many cousins, including those that where her caregivers: Robin Brown, Ashley Higginbotham, and Andrea Gray, all of Greeneville; and her special friends: Ethel Miller and Annie Hawk.
She was the daughter of the late Calvin and Nora Cobble.
The family will receive friends 2pm-4pm and 5pm-7pm Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 7pm Friday, June 21, 2013 in Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel with Rev. Billy Gragg officiating.
Interment will follow at 10am Saturday at Bewley’s Chapel Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at 9am Saturday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Steve Sauceman, Brent Gray, Chad Higginbotham, Allen Collins, Leroy Lynch, and Kelsey Shelton.
Honorary pallbearers will be Lewis Stroud, Daniel and Vickie Broyles, Wanda Lynch, Peggy McCamey, members of the Crusaders’ Class of Oak Grove FWB Church, and the staff and residents of Laughlin Health Care Center.
