She was a developmental technician at East Tennessee Community Homes.
Mrs. Johnson was a member of Brown Springs Baptist Church, and was a faithful member of both church and the Sunday School Class.
Survivors include her husband of fifteen years, Danny Johnson; her two loving sons: Gary Lynn Bowman and companion Chasity Johnson and Jason Johnson; one daughter and son-in-law: Teresa and Paul Manske; a step-daughter: Beverley Johnson; grandchildren: Tiffany Crum, Brandon Crum, Zoey Manske, Wyatt Manske, Lexxus Fletcher, Kaitlan Jennings, Izaeya Henson, and Dillon Hipsher; sisters and brothers-in-law: Jean and Teddy Malone, Pat Ward, Fay and Coy Hinkle, Jane and Steve Swecker; a brother and sister-in-law: Doug and Brenda Cruey; brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Donnie and Sandra Johnson; several nieces and nephews; and three special friends: Lea Ellen Turner, Barbara Scott, and Tammy Harmon.
She was preceded in death by her parents: John Cruey, Dorothy and Elwood Shelton; one sister: Vickie Turner; a sister-in-law: Barbara Cruey; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Carl and Ora Johnson; and a sister-in-law: Janie Johnson.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Brown Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Richard Long, Rev. James Sauceman, and Rev. Andy Williams officiating. The body will lie in state for one hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow in Brown Springs Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be nephews and friends.
